FAITH CHURCH is a family of believers affiliated with the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. The A.R.P. International Headquarters is located in Greenville, SC; commonly referred to as The A.R.P. Center. Our denominational roots go back to it’s formation on November 1, 1783 in Philadelphia. It is one of the oldest Protestant denominations in the United States, organized soon after the Revolution. It was developed from the rich heritage of the Church of Scotland by ministers and church members who came to America during colonial times.

The family of FAITH CHURCH began in Austell, Ga. in June of 1983.  Our purpose is to "Know Christ and to Make Him Known"! Our ministries serve the communities of South Central Cobb County and now extends beyond personal discipleship with an emphasis on Local and World Missions.

Many individuals with different orientations have assimilated into the family of FAITH. They have found that they are united in the essentials of faith and serve together in the purpose of the church.

The foundation of FAITH CHURCH ministries is based on the Bible as being the inspired and infallible Word of God; profitable for instruction, life and practice. As FC has grown, our people are using their gifts of service in many ministries. These ministries are organized to exercise creative discipleship and outreach to Men, Women, and Children. It is our desire to equip and empower God’s people for their personal service and ministry.

We place major emphasis on the high hour of the week when we come together each Sunday to worship Him and hear the Word of God faithfully preached according to the scriptures. As we worship, it is our desire that participants will experience God.

It is exciting to see God working in the lives of our people and ministries. Sunday School for children and adults help in the discipleship of each participant. Mid-Week, many participate in Bible Study conveniently located for fellowship, Bible study and Prayer. Biblical Counseling is available when someone just needs a competent listening ear. We not only want our people to experience personal growth, we also want them to participate in outreach to support Local and World Missions.

It is the desire of the family of FAITH to present the traditional values of faith and God’s Word to a needy world in a contemporary and relevant manner. We are called to be God’s instrument, in tune to obedience to fulfill His purpose for FAITH CHURCH.

God’s Church is the "body of Christ" here on earth and is the only ordained means of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a needy world. FAITH CHURCH is one of the many connected congregations of The A.R.P. denomination, which is a part of God’s Church. We have organized FC to fulfill our purpose by challenging participants to grow personally in the Word of God while spreading the truth of the Gospel to others.

1. Desire to grow spiritually in order to develop their personal relationship with God.

2. Develop and apply their personal knowledge, spiritual gifts and love for God to others.

3. Embrace the Great Commission: "Go; make Jesus known".

To Know Christ Jesus through:

1. The regular preaching and teaching of God’s Word.

2. Regular Worship and prayer.

3. The Discipleship of participants.

4. The Fellowship of the believers.

To Make Christ Jesus Known through:

1. A positive personal witness to others by our words and deeds.

2. Maximizing every opportunity for outreach; locally and worldwide.

3. Equipping and empowering every participant to use their gifts.

4. Building relationships with non-believers for reconciliation with Jesus Christ.

Our Mission is to reconcile God’s people locally and worldwide with Jesus Christ.
